If you do not use email yourself, you may request in writing that your NNC Registered Nurse (RN) provide you with a copy of emails sent which contain information about you.
NNC will preserve your record for seven years, as required by federal regulations.
You have the right to amend your record by adding a signed and dated amendment to the record.
You may see any part of your NNC record by sending a written request for a copy to NNC’s Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Officer, Carol McShane, RN, MS, CMC, 4731 N. 25th Street, Lincoln, NE 68521.
